Shipping & Damage Claims
All shipping damage MUST be reported at the TIME OF DELIVERY. It is the
responsibility of the consignee (recipient) to thoroughly examine the contents of any
shipment immediately upon receipt.
If damage is discovered, you must note it on the delivery receipt and contact us
immediately. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability
to file a valid claim. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any
issues, but timely reporting is essential.
Please photograph any damage to the packaging and contents before signing for delivery
if possible. This documentation helps expedite the claims process.
Product Information & Updates
Dream Illusions is committed to continuous improvement. Design changes and enhancements
may be made to our products to increase their value, durability, or performance.
Due to the nature of website management, these updates may not appear immediately on
our online listings. If you have questions about current specifications or recent
improvements to any product, please contact us directly.
All product images are representative. Custom builds and modifications may vary from
displayed images based on your specific requirements.
Communication Policy
For certain matters—particularly disputes, complex technical questions, or custom
build consultations—we require direct phone conversations. Email and text messaging,
while convenient, can sometimes obscure meaning and lead to misunderstandings.

Return & Refund Policy
As is standard in the professional magic industry, Dream Illusions maintains a
no-return policy on illusions and custom-built apparatus. This policy
exists to protect the proprietary methods and secrets inherent in our products.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with
your purchase, we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is
to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
In cases where a return is approved as an exception, the customer is responsible
for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Special circumstances may be considered on an individual basis—please contact us
to discuss your situation.
Custom Builds & Deposits
Custom illusion builds require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. The deposit
amount will be specified in your project quote and typically ranges from 25-50% of
the total project cost.
Deposits cover initial design work, materials procurement, and workshop scheduling.
Once a custom project is underway, cancellations may be subject to additional fees
based on work completed and materials purchased.
Final payment is due upon completion, prior to shipping. We will provide photos
and/or video of the completed illusion for your approval before shipment.
Warranty
Dream Illusions stands behind our craftsmanship. All products include a limited
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized
modifications, or normal wear and tear from performance use. Repair services are
available for items outside warranty coverage.
For warranty claims, please contact us with your original purchase information
and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Intellectual Property
All illusion designs, mechanisms, and methods created by Dream Illusions are
proprietary. Purchase of an illusion grants you the right to perform with that
specific apparatus but does not transfer intellectual property rights.
Customers agree not to reverse-engineer, replicate, or share the mechanical secrets
of our illusions with third parties. This protects both our business and the value
of your investment as a performer.
